I read somewhere that Kosovan Albanian majority often use Albania's flag (red with black two-headed eagle). I saw a picture on a magazine with the symbol of the Kosovan Albanian party is horizontally stripped in red and black, the same colors of Albania's one.

I think I am right in believing that Kosovo uses an unofficial variant of the Albanian flag, ie a black two-headed eagle on a red field, with a red star outlined in yellow towards the hoist.

That was the official flag for Albanians in socialist Yugoslavia. It was rearly used. Albanians prefered to use the 'proper' Albanian flag, i.e. with the small star above, or even without the star at all. This last they use now, as much as I know, ilegally according to Yugoslav laws.
