This is a hasty redrawing of a flag I found in Knaurs Lexicon flag
chart (1955), red with five white stars one in each corner and one in
the middle, with a sward under it.
I suppose this was the flag used by Yemen during the British
protectorate, since it has red/white pattern. I don't know when it was
adopted nor when it was replaced (1962?), neither I know the proper
dimensions of it (all the flags in the book have 1:2 proportions).
