A flag for "Occupied Mexico"

I live in southern California, which I often call "Occupied Mexico", and for which a flag might be designed combining elements of the California and Mexican flags. A possible design would be like the Californian but with the bear replaced by the eagle. I think that would represent the Chicano sentiments. A Mexican flag with a bear would get me hung.

Many Mexicans and Americans of Mexican descent still feel that this is Mexican territory unfairly wrested from them, that is, from their whole nation, not just Baja. That's why the flag of Mexico should be used, and not the flag of Baja California.
