On the two places I have looked for it, the image is a bit different. It's tricky to explain, but, on some pictures, there are four waves of white, and on others I have seen it with three waves, starting with the top at the ends (like 3 periods of a cosine function).

The questions are: was this determined in any way, and what is the width of white stripe? In other words, does anyone know the technical specifications of Seychelles flag?
