FLAGS OF THE WORLD Mailing List is a mailing list devoted to flags and vexillological subjects, founded on 1994 by Giuseppe Bottasini.
Since 1997 the mailing list is hosted at University of Berkekey. To subscribe, send a message to majordomo@listlink.berkeley.edu with the following text in the BODY of the message:

You will receive a message from the email address "majordomo@uclink4.berkeley.edu" with the subject line "welcome to fotw-list." If you do, you are on the list.
