Osjecko-baranjska zupanija - in north-eastern part of Croatia, capital Osijek, and includes width region around it, together with Baranja, the part of Croatia north of Drava river, currently held by Serbs.

The flag is basically similar to the flag of the city of Osijek - that is white over blue with coat of arms - white town on blue. The flag of county is whithe with two blue bars close together (a bar gemmelled? would that be) with coat of arms. This coat of arms is similar to the one of Osijek, with chief and base red with golden cross, six-pointed star and anchor in cheif and running marten in base.
