Alternative flag

The flag of Guadeloupe is also a banner of the arms: red field with yellow sugar cane and a blue stripe with fleurs de lys at the bottom. This flag is unofficial but can be tolerated with the French flag. There is here also an independentist flag.

Pasca Vagnat, 1995-DEC-14

Independist flag

The independists use a green-red-green flag with a white stripe between green and red, and red and green. On the red near the hoist appears a yellow five pointed star.Proportion 2:3 (also 1:2), thick green stripes, thinner whites.
