Flags on flags

As to national flags, the former (blue ensign) national; flag of the Bahamas had a ship flying the St George's cross (I think). Don't think the current "ensign" style national flags of Bermuda or St Helena have flags on them, though, ebven though their badges feature ships.

The flag of the U.S. state of Utah depicts two U.S. flags draped around the state's arms. The flags of several other U.S. states contain the state's seal or arms, some of which depict ships, which may have flags.

The flag of the Organization of American States carry the flags of all countries of the western hemisphere.
