Description of the Flag

The civil flag is a banner of the arms of the city:white castle (with closed doors) on a red field.
The state flag is red with a white square on which appear the great arms.
The flag of the Admiralty is the same as the civil flag but the castle is on a big blue anchor. This flag is often in metal. The colours are red and white. Proportions 2:3.
