Description of the Flag

The Land and state flag is red on white and has the arms in the middle.
NB.: the arms changed a little (the flag on the Web is a little wrong) - the ends of the device on the wings of the eagle look now like a clover-leaf (French: trefle, German: Klee).
Proportions 3:5

There is a mention in the constitution of the flag of the Sorbs. The Sorbs' law allow them to use their flag (blue on red on white).

Pascal Vagnat 19-DEC-1995

Equal horizontal stripes of red over white, with the arms in the center. The shield is white with a red eagle. The beak, feet, and Kleestengeln are gold. I believe this is both the government and civil flag.
