Description of the Flag
The Land flag is red on white on red (1:3:1 and not 1:2:1 as it is written sometimes). On the white stripe not far from the hoist appears the Berlin bear from the arms.
The state flag is the same but with the arms at the place of the bear. Proportions 3:5
The members of the senat use a square white flag with a red border.In the middle appear the arms.Proportions 1:1
